To maintain quality standards for our shoppers, we cannot accept:

• Rips, holes, or tears
• Excessive wear or pilling
• Broken zippers or missing buttons
• Strong odors (smoke, mildew, etc.)
• Heavily wrinkled or unwashed items
• Outdated or overly worn shoes
